A little guidance
Here to
help.
Set up your alarms, get the camera right, and find answers about plans and purchases.
Set up your first alarm
- Open Limber and tap Allow alarms when asked.
- Tap +. Pick a time, the days it repeats, a move (stretch, push-ups, jumping jacks, or meditate), and your goal.
- Tap Save. The first time you use a move, tap Check camera so Limber knows it can see you. When it can, you’ll see Camera ready.
- Use Test my alarm to schedule a one-minute test, lock your iPhone, and make sure you hear it.
Alarms through the day
Add up to 10 alarms, each with its own move and goal: a morning stretch, a midday reset, an evening meditation.
- Turn one off: use its switch. Its settings are kept, so you can turn it back on later.
- Delete one: swipe left on it, or open it and tap Delete alarm.
- Alarms on the same day need to be at least 5 minutes apart, so one move can finish before the next alarm.
When an alarm rings
Tap Start Limber to open your move. The camera counts your hold or your reps, and the alarm stops when you finish.
iOS always offers a Stop button; it silences the alarm without the move. Inside Limber, Stop for safety is always available. If the camera can’t see you, Use manual backup lets you hold a button for 15 seconds instead; releasing it early resets the count.
Getting the camera right
Set your iPhone on a stable surface, step back until the parts of your body the move needs are in view, and face a light rather than standing in front of one. In a dark room, tap Screen light. If you turned camera access off, turn it back on in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera.
Move within a comfortable range in a clear space, and stop if anything hurts.
Plans and purchases
Limber offers $1.99 a month or $15 a year, each with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or $54.99 once for lifetime access. All three plans include the same features. To get started, open Plans in the app and choose a plan; Apple’s purchase sheet shows the price and terms before you confirm. There is no website checkout.
The free trial is Apple-managed and available to eligible new subscribers on the monthly and yearly plans. Apple allows one introductory trial per subscription group, and the trial starts only after you approve Apple’s purchase sheet. After the trial, your selected plan auto-renews unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends. Prices are in US dollars; localized App Store prices and the terms in Apple’s purchase sheet are authoritative.
Lifetime has no trial and does not renew. Buying lifetime does not cancel an existing subscription; manage or cancel it separately through Apple.
Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. To restore a purchase on a new iPhone, open Plans and tap Restore Purchases. For refunds, use Apple’s Report a Problem.
Already-scheduled alarms and repeats remain usable after your access expires, and safety controls remain available, so you can still stop, turn off, or delete alarms. New or changed alarm scheduling requires verified access, so adding or changing an alarm needs an active plan.
